Proud representative of the Second Division, it has a special bond with a soccer legend: Andrés Iniesta. At a very young age, Iniesta began to take his first steps in the world of soccer in our club. He trained in our ranks from the age of eight to twelve, after which he signed with FC Barcelona.

Today, Andrés Iniesta is not only remembered for his impressive professional career, but also for his continued support of the club he started out with. As Albacete Balompié’s maximum shareholder, Iniesta continues to positively influence club’s future.

In his honor, our sports city bears his name, a permanent tribute to his legacy and contribution to our club.
